The Sr. Full Stack Engineer will focus on both front-end and back-end development, working with Laravel and React to enhance the platform and create best-in-class product experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

Join the product team to develop and enhance the platform
Make architectural decisions to improve the platform
Build reusable APIs and components
Collaborate with engineers to create best-in-class product experiences

Required

At least a Bachelor with background in tech or equivalent based on work experience
8 years work experience with the Laravel and React frameworks
Experience building applications with Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS and MySQL 8
Passionate about usability, user experience, beauty and elegance of UI's
Eager to learn, discuss and share knowledge with the rest of the teams
Absolute fan of TDD and CI/CD pipelines
Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers
Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers
Background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams
Proven track record of driving engineering initiatives that impacted other teams or the wider organization
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and join customer calls when needed
You're an engineer, always interested in new technologies, pushing your boundaries and challenging others
You're fluent in business English, both written and verbal
Critical thinking and initiative: Hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset
Enjoy working with teams with multidisciplinary backgrounds
Experience working in dynamic environments, such as a startup or scaleup environment
Strong user-orientation and communication skills
Pro-active attitude, go-get mentality
Analytical, troubleshooting skills

Preferred

knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other tools used in DevOps
