Responsibilities
Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation
Audit and refine our knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility
Act as the internal knowledge point of contact — identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process fixes
Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes
Continuously improve how our teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries
Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation
Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design
Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously
Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps)
Modern computer meeting or exceeding: i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup
