Responsibilities

Owns execution of defined GTM initiatives, attach motions, or programs within an assigned product area or region
Delivers measurable outcomes such as pipeline contribution, attach rates, or adoption metrics for their scope
Operates within established strategy, escalating risks and dependencies appropriately
Solves moderately complex GTM problems by applying structured thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional input
Adapts existing frameworks, playbooks, and messaging to new use cases or market conditions
Makes suggestions to improve existing frameworks, playbooks, and messaging
Identifies gaps in execution and proposes practical improvements to processes or programs
Communicates clearly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on GTM priorities and execution details
Influences stakeholders through data, insight, and credibility
Tailors messaging to different audiences, including sellers, managers, and cross-functional partners
Works independently within defined objectives and priorities set by leadership
Makes sound tactical decisions on execution approach, sequencing, and trade-offs
Escalates strategic decisions, risks, or misalignment when appropriate
Collaborates effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver GTM initiatives
Proactively shares knowledge, learnings, and best practices with peers and partners
Acts as a reliable GTM partner, supporting others through execution rather than formal authority

Required

Demonstrates strong knowledge of GTM strategy, solution positioning, and sales motions within a defined domain
Develops subject-matter expertise in specific products, features, or GTM programs (e.g. attach motions, AI capabilities)
Applies data and business insight to recommend improvements that impact near-term outcomes
Understands how their work influences adjacent teams and immediate business results
Bachelors degree or equivalent
