Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex gaging systems and precision fixtures using Autodesk Inventor

Serve as a technical expert and mentor to junior design engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and product engineering to ensure optimal gage performance and integration

Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and ensure compliance with GD&T and industry standards

Drive continuous improvement in gage design processes and documentation

Provide technical support during fabrication, testing, and implementation phases

Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards
