Design, develop, and test NICE InContact solutions , including IVR, ACD, campaigns, Teams integration, and routing strategies

Build and automate call center workflows , authoring call flows, prompts, and scripts

Ensure all development and deployments follow SDLC best practices

Test and validate system integrations , including APIs, middleware, ETL jobs, and automation for user provisioning and policy management

Monitor system health and performance , implementing logging, observability, proactive alerting, and performance optimization
