Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom modules
Configure forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and development standards
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues
Maintain awareness of new ServiceNow features and best practices
Qualification
Required
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom modules
