Responsibilities

Own Your Territory: Meet and exceed sales goals by developing new accounts and growing existing relationships
Plan & Execute: Create and manage a disciplined call cycle (5–7 appointments per day) and account business plans in partnership with your Regional Director
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, present solutions, and deliver value-added products and services to help their business thrive
Analyze & Optimize: Use tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad to track performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies
Stay Current: Maintain technical knowledge of CooperVision products and industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor
Promote & Educate: Develop marketing plans, participate in regional events, and represent CooperVision at optical shows
Administrative Excellence: Submit reports on time and manage diagnostic lens sets (requires lifting up to 50 lbs)
Travel Requirements: Within Territory: ~80% Outside Territory: Conferences, trainings, and meetings (10–15%)

Required

4+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding goals
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Showpad)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks
Living within or near the assigned territory (approximately 20 miles)
