Subaru Express Technician
Don 'K' Subaru is a locally owned, family-operated company that has been in operation since 1990. They are seeking a Subaru Express Technician to perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and collaborate with service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and multipoint inspections. Check, and top off, all fluid levels (coolant, washer, etc.) Inspect and replace basic service items such as air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a Don'K' Subaru multipoint inspection and accurately video/photo record findings. Identify and communicate any additional service needs to the Express Service Advisor
Teamwork & Workflow: Work closely with Express Service Advisors and Dispatch to maintain efficient shop flow. Complete all services within the allotted time frames to maintain customer satisfaction and shop productivity. 30-40 minutes for routine maintenance
Guest Care: Treat every vehicle with care (seat covers, floor mats, & protective measures). Maintain cleanliness of work area and return vehicles in the same, or better, condition
Compliance & Safety: Follow Subaru factory procedures, safety guidelines, and dealership policies. Use proper tools and equipment for all repairs and services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lb
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to work in varying shop conditions (heat, cold, noise)
Preferred
Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred (training provided)
