Landscape Business Developer

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and HOA markets
Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads through proactive prospecting
Assess client needs and propose value-based landscape service solutions
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare and present compelling proposals and service presentations
Consistently meet activity benchmarks, revenue goals, and growth targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales
3+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or HOA contract sales
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry
Experience managing multiple projects and large territories
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Preferred
Local market knowledge and established relationships are a plus
