Enterprise Customer Partnership Executive

Responsibilities
Managing relationships and engaging strategically with assigned 340B and Revenue Integrity customers
Providing responsive, consultative support and resolving issues efficiently
Monitoring customer engagement, performance metrics, and satisfaction to drive retention and growth
Conducting proactive check-ins, business reviews, and engagement calls to track health, adoption, KPIs, and renewals
Liaising across departments throughout the customer lifecycle, including pre- and post-implementation
Supporting retention and up-sell goals through strategic account planning and value-based engagement
Developing measurable customer goals and tracking progress against account plans and revenue targets
Driving customers toward public recognition opportunities, such as joint speaking engagements and case studies
Understanding product capabilities, participating in training, and educating customers to enhance adoption
Researching, analyzing, and communicating product issues to internal teams and customer leadership
Identifying and qualifying renewal and expansion opportunities, managing the auto-renewal process, and addressing risks
Maintaining accurate data in Dynamics CRM and analyzing trends to identify risks and opportunities
Preparing and delivering dashboards, reports, and presentations for business reviews and planning
Representing TCG professionally at events and handling customer concerns by engaging internal teams
Establishing and executing strategic plans to optimize solutions and drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Proactively identifying and escalating risks, leveraging internal expertise, and maintaining productive relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
7+ years in the US healthcare industry
Familiarity with 340B program operations and revenue integrity
Strong relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM, and virtual conferencing tools
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and meeting revenue targets
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
