Responsibilities
Achieve assigned goals (specified by line of business/paper)
Make the required number of phone calls daily and negotiate the best possible arrangements
Profile debtors and obtain financial information
Perform skip tracing to locate debtors
Maintain accurate documentation of all attempts and/or contacts made and received for accounts in accordance with company and client specifications
Qualification
Required
Must have 5 (plus) Years 3rd party collections experience
Must know federal/state laws and regulations (i.e., FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.)
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Education
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
After the offer is accepted, must provide proof of landline and Internet service(s) before equipment is shipped to a residence
Preferred
Collection Management Experience is a plus
