Collaborate with your team to build and improve product features across our platform

Write clean, testable, maintainable code that’s ready for production

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning sessions

Learn our architecture and platform, starting with a few areas of focus and growing broader over time

Contribute to a motivated, positive team environment by bringing curiosity, energy, and support for your teammates

Receive and offer feedback as part of a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Required

Typically, 2–4 years of experience in professional software development, with a focus on delivering quality code to production

Some experience with backend (Node/TypeScript), frontend (React), and/or cloud architectures (AWS) — we don't expect you to know all three

A growth mindset and a team-first approach — you're eager to learn, support others, and seek feedback
