Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the design team to maintain a strong creative vision across digital product work
Deliver exceptional visual design solutions that elevate user experience and product strategy
Ensure design quality, consistency, and usability throughout the product lifecycle
Create visually compelling interfaces, flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and modern design tools
Define and evolve design systems and component libraries to scale visual standards and consistency
Apply strong visual and interaction design principles to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences
Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow both visual craft and product thinking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research, strategy) to align design with business and user needs
Present work to stakeholders and clients, clearly articulating decisions and design rationale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
7+ years of experience in visual design with a strong focus on digital products and design systems
Proven expertise in Figma, prototyping, and component systems
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire other designers
Solid project management capabilities and ability to scope design phases effectively
Experience presenting work in client-facing meetings and design reviews
Passion for storytelling through digital experiences and creating meaningful product impact
