Responsibilities
Oversee planning, development, installation and startup of equipment
Ensure that budgets, project schedules and OSHA compliance are maintained
Support design control panels for shopfloor equipment
Assist mechanical engineers, maintenance and production with any concerns related to electrical controls
Support development of power plans for new equipment
Direct maintenance staff and contract electricians assigned to projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or related field
5+ years' experience in manufacturing
3+ years' PLC and HMI Programming - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley preferred
Skilled in Robotics - Fanuc or Yaskawa preferred
Skilled in problem-solving disciplines such as Six Sigma, KT, Kaizen, Fishbone, 8D, etc
Ability to understand one-line and electrical diagrams and drawings
Experience with industrial projects
