They are seeking an Entry-Level Structural Designer to support the design and drafting of bridges and related structural features while learning from senior engineers.

Responsibilities
Draft structural drawings (bridges, walls, structural members) using CAD/design software
Develop preliminary details, materials, and reinforcement layouts
Assist with structural calculation summaries and support documentation
Prepare submittals and help respond to agency or client review comments
Maintain quality and compliance of drafts with AASHTO and state/local standards
Support revisions and updates throughout the design process
Participate in internal peer reviews of structural drawing sets
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or technical certificate in structural drafting, CADD, or engineering; or equivalent experience
Exposure to structural engineering or design (through coursework, internships, or work)
Basic competence in OpenRoads or Civil 3D, with interest in structural-specific drafting
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to track drawing revisions
Strong communication skills with openness to feedback
Preferred
Familiarity with structural codes and standards (AASHTO, state DOTs)
Interest in learning analysis tools for structural design
