They are seeking a Litigation Attorney to litigate cases, draft motions, prepare for and attend trials, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Law, including knowledge of legal principles and procedures
Experience with Motions and drafting effective legal documents
Familiarity with Court proceedings and courtroom etiquette
Capabilities in Trials and presenting cases before judges and juries
Experience conducting Depositions and gathering testimony
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
License to practice law in California
Preferred
Experience in high-stakes or complex litigation is a plus
