Sales Account Director - Outsourcing Practice

The Sales Account Director will drive new business by generating and closing opportunities, particularly in outsourcing engagements, while engaging with key stakeholders to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Generate and close new logo opportunities, focusing on high-value outsourcing engagements aligned with our cyber capabilities
Design Solutions: Conduct strategic, consultative conversations with security and IT leaders to co-create service packages, including vCISO, SOC/NOC optimization, and more
Engage the Market: Represent the brand at industry events, CISO roundtables, and executive-level meetings to build visibility and credibility
Leverage Partnership: You’ll harness established company partnerships with some of the industry’s most recognized brands as a force multiplier for your success
Qualification
Required
Expertise in risk advisory, outsourcing, and managed and professional services within the cybersecurity space
Strong industry relationships and experience in staff augmentation, vCISO engagements, and security outsourcing
Ability to engage with CISOs, CIOs, and other key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
Motivated by closing new business and setting achievement records
Proactively seek out new opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term clients
Naturally curious, creative, and open-minded — able to quickly understand a prospect's unique business challenges and design the right solutions to solve them
Build lasting relationships with executives and security leaders, aligning Digital Hands' solutions with their unique business needs
Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including risk advisory, managed services, professional services, and/or staff augmentation space
Fluent in the language of MDR, EDR, SIEM, and vCISO services, and can confidently discuss technical solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Consistently exceed sales targets and grow your book of business by nurturing prospects and closing high-value deals
High energy and an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong track record of exceeding quotas and consistently closing high-value deals in complex, enterprise environments
Driven, autonomous professional who takes full ownership of your pipeline
Existing book of business and trusted relationships with cybersecurity decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, and IT leaders)
