Responsibilities
Lead development and integration efforts as part of the firm’s ERP modernization initiative
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver full-stack solutions
Build, test, and deploy features across .NET, Azure, and SQL environments
Develop and maintain REST APIs, automated workflows, and DevOps pipelines
Provide production support for existing applications and drive continuous improvement
Mentor junior and offshore team members, guiding best practices and code quality
Qualification
Required
Languages & Frameworks: .NET, C#, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL
Cloud: Azure (Function App, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, AppInsights, Monitoring/Alerts)
DevOps: Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines, ARM Template Deployment
Workflow: Apache Airflow
Methodology: Agile Development Process
ERP/SaaS: Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms
Data: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and data architecture principles (ETL, Medallion Architecture preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive software development experience
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior or offshore developers
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical partners
Preferred
Experience with Aderant Expert Sierra or other legal-industry software
Understanding of security and operational best practices in cloud development
Experience building reporting templates or dashboards
