Responsibilities
Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions
Drive Revenue: Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish
Product & Market Knowledge: Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel within the designated territory
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
