Traveling Superintendent
Keeley Construction is a company that empowers its people and provides opportunities for advancement. They are seeking a Traveling Water-Wastewater Superintendent to oversee civil and mechanical scopes in water and wastewater treatment projects across Central Texas.

Responsibilities
Lead construction activities including civil concrete (foundations, slabs, tanks), mechanical piping, and equipment installations (pumps, valves, process systems)
Supervise and mentor foremen, crews, and subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring productivity and quality
Ensure accuracy in concrete formwork, placement, curing, finishing, and mechanical installations per engineering standards
Enforce OSHA and environmental safety protocols across all job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to guide field operations
Track labor, materials, and equipment usage to maintain cost efficiency
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage sourcing and delivery of concrete, piping, valves, fittings, and mechanical equipment
Qualification
Required
8–10 years in civil/mechanical construction
5+ years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of reinforced concrete
Strong understanding of mechanical piping systems
Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes
Knowledge of building codes
Knowledge of environmental regulations
Knowledge of industry standards
Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools
Familiarity with MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with WTP/WWTP projects
OSHA certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
