Government Relations
Responsibilities
Manage project design, including technical quality, people, process, cost, and schedule
Supervise and/or prepare design documents, specifications, and cost estimates
Detailed design engineering and QA/QC checks
Site investigations and construction administration
Identify and manage client deliverables and expectations
Permitting and coordination with federal, state, and local municipalities
Communicate with a high level of professionalism with clients, sub-consultants, and office staff
Function as an account manager for strategic accounts within the business unit and as a firm point of contact for other clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience or managing design efforts
PE Required
Working knowledge of hydraulic and process modelling
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
