They are seeking a Founding Software Engineer to help build the platform from the ground up, focusing on product architecture, development standards, and a world-class developer experience.
Responsibilities
Build and scale the company's core web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility, performance, and reliability for users worldwide
Design a scalable architecture to support multi-chain deployments and integrations across various platforms
Collaborate closely with design, product, and leadership teams on feature planning and go-to-market strategy
Develop and maintain integrations such as account abstraction, fiat on-ramps, and cross-chain settlements
Support third-party developers embedding or extending the platform through SDKs, APIs, and creative product use cases
Take ownership of full product verticals from technical design to deployment and iteration
Contribute to early hiring and cultural development as part of the founding engineering team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
Proven experience building and scaling applications serving 100K+ users
Prior experience in a start-up or high-growth environment where you owned products end-to-end
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, UI/UX performance, and scalability
Comfortable working across the stack with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar)
Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, adaptable, and excited to help shape company direction
Preferred
Experience with Web3 technologies, smart contract integrations, or blockchain ecosystems
Background in gaming, iGaming, or consumer-facing entertainment products
Understanding of payment systems, cross-chain communication, or on-chain data management
Previous experience working closely with developer or partner ecosystems
