This role involves managing a team of Implementation Specialists and Leads, ensuring successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and partner support.

Responsibilities

Secure ARR and gross margin on services and guarantee successful project execution

Manage the customer-executive relationship, including risks and escalations

Provide necessary support to partners and enforce project governance for partner prime projects

Empower and grow the team, providing operational support via guidance on best practices with regard to business and Ivalua's solution

Define and enforce operational processes

Contracting, staffing, and billing

Expected travel: 40% (but will vary depending on active projects)

Required

Must be a US Person (US citizen or permanent resident) due to our clients' legal requirements

10+ years' experience in software implementation, including leadership roles responsible for customer relationships, implementation teams, and successful project delivery is a must

Willing to develop product expertise to guide Implementation team, and a track record of doing so in past roles
