Responsibilities

Tuning and optimizing AI models within SaaS platforms like Netsuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, etc
Designing and maintaining scalable data architectures to support AI workflows
Building internal AI agents using MCP integrations for chat and workflow automation
Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities
Leading cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into business processes
Monitoring model performance and retraining as needed
Documenting architecture decisions and maintaining technical standards

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with data pipeline tools and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Workato)
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience tuning and integrating AI capabilities within SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, or similar
Strong understanding of data architecture and model lifecycle management
Experience designing and implementing AI agents using API integrations and chained workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
