Sales Support Representative

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide operational and administrative support to the sales organization, ensuring smooth sales operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking
Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and performance
Assist in contract reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals, incorporating proper pricing, terms, and conditions
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance in proposal submissions
Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Assist in developing sales forecasts and contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets
Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
Provide ongoing support to sales representatives in the use of CRM and sales enablement tools
Conduct or coordinate training sessions for the sales team on new tools, processes, or product updates
Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Support the sales team in developing targeted strategies to improve performance and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales support or customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively with customers and internal teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for sales growth
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related function
Preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools preferred
Understanding of Technologent's product and service offerings a plus
