Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA license
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with [insert ERP system if known] is a plus)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience in public accounting
CPA preferred
