Responsibilities

Co-develop launch and adoption strategies for identity, authentication, and user access security solutions, empowering organizations to stay secure
Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and a growth mindset

Collaborate with Sales Engineers, PMs, and customers to identify technical friction points and turn them into compelling demos and solution narratives
Develop technical marketing materials such as demo scripts, proof-of-concepts, workshops, one-pagers, and videos that highlight 1Password’s security and access capabilities
Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to equip the field with technical assets that help close deals and accelerate adoption
Craft and build product experiences and demos that highlight integrated use cases across our products
Help track and communicate competitor capabilities, contributing to win/loss insights and positioning strategy
Collaborate with product and partner teams to drive technical differentiation, build reference architectures and articulate joint solution value
Present at internal training sessions, webinars, and customer calls as needed to share technical knowledge and thought leadership

Qualification

Required

4 years of Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing or related experience working with enterprise SaaS products
Bachelor or Master Degree in Technology, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
A strong grasp of cybersecurity, identity and access management, authentication flows, or cloud environments
Ability to identify customer use-cases and translate them into compelling technical content, and demos
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience collaborating with GTM teams, contributing to enablement, and translating product features into value propositions
Background in developing detailed technical collateral preferably with a SaaS, security and/or identity focus
You're motivated by learning and growing in a fast-paced environment with a chance to take on more responsibility over time

Preferred

Familiarity with tools & technologies like SAML, OIDC, Oauth, Okta, Azure AD, AWS, or MDM solutions
