Responsibilities

Lead business execution by applying statistical process control, design of experiments, advanced analytics, and root‑cause analysis to continuously improve process yield, cost, and schedule
Manage non‑recurring projects from concept through production, ensuring design‑for‑manufacture and automation requirements are met
Champion technology advancement by steering research, development, and integration of new manufacturing equipment and processes
Develop and deliver capital‑improvement plans that expand capability, capacity, and next‑generation readiness
Build organizational talent through manpower planning, hiring, training, and ongoing performance coaching for the engineering team

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Experience in leading a team of engineers
Knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments, advanced analytics, and root-cause analysis
Experience managing non-recurring projects from concept through production
Ability to ensure design-for-manufacture and automation requirements are met
Experience in research, development, and integration of new manufacturing equipment and processes
Ability to develop and deliver capital-improvement plans
Experience in manpower planning, hiring, training, and performance coaching
