Responsibilities
Clean, groom, and deodorize artificial turf surfaces
Provide exceptional service and discuss turf maintenance needs
Keep the company-provided vehicle clean and organized
Work with other technicians and management for consistent service
Handle on-site issues independently and meet customer needs
Follow safety guidelines for equipment and outdoor work
Willing to travel out of state for scheduled jobs
Qualification
Required
Experience working outdoors
Familiar with work in similar outdoor home services like pressure washing, pest control, window cleaning, etc
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in outdoor environments
Clean driving record; comfortable driving large vans (trailer experience a plus)
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willing to travel
Preferred
Prior turf cleaning experience preferred but not required
Willingness to travel: 100%
