Responsibilities
Working on customer sites across NASA
Booking travel as required to support for upcoming field activity
Adhering to customer security and safety policies
Supporting the preparation of upcoming projects with research and feedback at team meetings prior to project start dates
Adhering to customer security and safety policies
Submitting of weekly expense reports following company guidelines
Attend all customer team meetings as required
Adhere to all aspects of health and safety in warehouse including safe handling of ESD components
Adhere to all client travel policies
Client confidentiality must be adhered to at all times
Preparation of material for safe shipping and completion of handovers to courier teams
Performing product refurbishment support
Creating and updating product configuration documentation
Other duties as assigned, management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate
Qualification
Required
5 years experience working in the telecom field
Experience working with or strong knowledge of electronics/telecommunication hardware
Experience working in a fast-paced, volatile environment
Experience handling and resolving customer queries
Practical understanding of inventory control and management systems
Computer literate, intermediate level Google docs suite and MS Office365 applications
Basic understanding of spreadsheets
Comfortable and effective working without direct supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Excellent personal organization and business administration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timelines and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
Good team building and interpersonal skills
