Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine (Dual Boarded)
Current, unrestricted Medical License
5+ years of clinical practice experience
Attends all required orientation and training
Maintains proper credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job
