They are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js) to support client onboarding, platform integrations, and backend optimization for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities
Design and implement custom solutions leveraging BigPanda’s platform for event ingestion and incident sharing
Collaborate with Professional Services, Account Managers, Sales, and Engineering to capture customer/prospect feedback and influence the product roadmap
Ensure measurable impact and customer success through solution adoption
Partner with Customer Success / Professional Services teams to ensure smooth transition from POC to live deployment
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to adopt and expand the platform, identify additional use-cases, and achieve business outcomes
Present and influence technical and executive stakeholders (SRE, NOC, CIO/VP Ops) on BigPanda’s role in digital transformation and operational resilience
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar in enterprise SaaS (preferably AIOps, observability, ITSM/ITOM)
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), REST APIs, and scripting in TypeScript and JavaScript
Verbal and written communication skills; able to present technical content to non-technical audiences and customers
Consultative mindset: listen to clients, ask insightful questions, and propose compelling solutions rather than just demos
Preferred
Background in AIOps, IT monitoring, or incident management platforms
Previous experience in solutions delivery roles
