Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities across all service lines

Create and expand Watterson’s footprint to new geographies and customers and build top of mind awareness for our services

Facilitate excellent customer service via regular communication between Watterson operations and finance teams, and key client contacts

Actively manage a robust pipeline of opportunities necessary to achieve annual sales targets

Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the management team

Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan

Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with the management team

Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations

Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or geographic areas

Travel as needed

Required

3+ years outside commercial sales experience required, within the emergency response/restoration industry preferred

Valid Driver's license in good standing

Proficient knowledge of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related preferred

Experience selling in the multi-family market highly preferred
