Technical Operations Engineer

They are seeking a highly motivated Technical Operations Engineer to monitor and maintain their SaaS solutions in cloud environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance service reliability for customers.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of our SaaS solution
Respond to various technical issues in real-time to ensure production system health
Collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to streamline processes and enhance overall product quality
Be able to multitask and prioritize incoming tasks
Respond to and handle escalations from customers or internal teams efficiently and effectively
Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting in a cloud environment
Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures
Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Operations or NOC Engineer role in a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for monitoring cloud-based applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Excellent verbal and written English
Hands-on experience with Linux and Dockers/Kubernetes
Preferred
AWS practitioner certificate is an advantage
Familiarity with automation concepts is an advantage
Experience with Cyber security companies is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage
