Marketing and Fundraising Manager, Pratham USA
Charity Search Group is seeking a Marketing and Fundraising Manager for Pratham USA, a leading nonprofit organization focused on education for children in India. The role involves developing and executing fundraising campaigns, enhancing donor engagement, and collaborating with various teams to achieve significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Pratham’s retail fundraising program (donors giving below $1,000) to achieve annual growth targets
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel fundraising campaigns targeting retail, mid-level, and major donors
Partner with the Director of Philanthropy Operations to develop annual revenue projections and campaign timelines
Manage the creation of fundraising communications, mailings, and promotional materials—ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Collaborate with the philanthropy and communications teams to map and enhance donor journeys across giving levels
Oversee stewardship activities, including the annual report, donor touchpoints, and thank-you communications to increase retention and upgrade rates
Develop and implement a “second gift” strategy to increase donor lifetime value
Ensure campaigns and tools empower chapters, boards, and volunteers to meet fundraising goals
Maintain and expand existing giving programs, including workplace giving and peer-to-peer fundraising
Research, test, and launch new donor engagement initiatives, such as Pratham’s gift catalog and digital giving programs
Identify opportunities for creative campaign testing and integrate lessons learned to inform future strategy
Manage the scope and performance of fundraising marketing projects through metrics tracking, project plans, and budgets
Partner with the digital marketing manager to define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns
Evaluate program results, track ROI, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights
Keep leadership and the broader Pratham USA team informed of progress and outcomes on a regular basis
Partner closely with regional chapters, philanthropy operations, and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative contractors and digital agencies
Serve as a key connector across fundraising, marketing, and communications, fostering collaboration and alignment
Support a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the development team
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Analytical, creative, and highly organized
Experience in producing data-driven campaigns and fundraising programs
Ability to lead and manage fundraising programs
Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel fundraising campaigns
Ability to collaborate with teams to enhance donor journeys
Experience in overseeing stewardship activities and donor communications
Ability to develop and implement donor engagement strategies
Experience in maintaining and expanding giving programs
Ability to research, test, and launch new donor engagement initiatives
Experience in managing fundraising marketing projects through metrics tracking
Ability to define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience in evaluating program results and adapting strategies based on data-driven insights
Ability to partner closely with various teams to align strategies
