Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision for AI agents purpose-built for dealer websites
Identify and prioritize use cases such as lead capture, inventory search, appointment scheduling, and finance inquiry automation
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI conversational design, LLM-powered assistants, and digital retail solutions
Own the product roadmap for AI agent functionality and platform enhancements
Collaborate with platform product management, AI/ML, UX, and development teams to deliver features that are scalable, secure, and easily configurable for dealers
Define and measure success metrics—such as lead conversion rate, user engagement, and response quality—to demonstrate impact
Define conversational flows, tone, and agent personality to ensure a helpful, on-brand customer experience
Partner with AI engineers and data teams to develop, test, and optimize prompts, training data, and model performance
Implement continuous learning loops to improve accuracy and conversion outcomes based on user and dealer feedback
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, or digital commerce platforms
Strong understanding of AI technologies, chat interfaces, and LLM-powered workflows
Demonstrated success building products for dealership networks (automotive, powersports, marine, or RV)
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Prior work with AI or conversational products in the consumer retail or dealership domain
Knowledge of dealer digital retailing tools, website UX, and online-to-showroom conversion strategies
Experience partnering with third-party AI vendors or API-based technology providers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
