Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Mulesoft integrations and APIs that link key enterprise systems and applications
Collaborate with teams across technology and business units to define integration strategies and deliver end-to-end solutions
Develop, test, and maintain software that supports databases, cloud environments, and operational systems
Perform code reviews to uphold quality, security, and maintainability standards, while promoting shared learning across the team
Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and deliver modernized, efficient solutions
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support
Write technical documentation and specifications to support clear communication and maintain project continuity
Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative integration and automation opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
At least three years of software engineering experience using languages such as Java, C#, or similar
Strong background in API development, integration patterns, and microservices architecture
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy Mulesoft-based solutions in enterprise environments
Experience with testing methodologies including unit, integration, and performance testing
Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and data modeling
Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on mentorship and teamwork
Familiarity with Agile or Lean development practices and an iterative approach to problem solving
