Responsibilities

Assortment Deck Maintenance: Support the team by updating and maintaining assortment decks to reflect current product selections, pricing, and delivery timelines
Market Feedback & Recaps: Compile and distribute recap emails to cross-functional teams
Sample Management: Organize and track incoming and outgoing samples, ensuring they are properly labeled, stored, and available for meetings and presentations
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with buying, planning, and marketing teams to support seasonal initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc projects, data entry, and preparation for key meetings including line reviews and strategy sessions

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute to NYC office at least 2x per week
