They are seeking a National Sales Specialist to engage with existing accounts and new prospects, helping customers formulate better solutions through consultative sales and strong partnerships.
Responsibilities
Work with both existing accounts and new prospects to solve formulation challenges in real time
Present the portfolio of solutions in a way that resonates with technical decision-makers
Educate R&D partners on functionality and position value-added products supported by studies or performance data
Discuss cost-in-use and margin in a way that earns long-term trust
Update the CRM, loop in leadership, or check in with internal teams
Qualification
Required
You've sold ingredients to the same industries we serve and already maintain relationships across multiple customers in markets across food, beverage, nutrition, and personal care applications
You understand how to educate R&D partners on functionality, how to position value-added products supported by studies or performance data, and how to discuss cost-in-use and margin in a way that earns long-term trust
You take initiative, follow through without being chased, and keep communication flowing—whether that's updating the CRM, looping in leadership, or checking in with internal teams
You bring confidence without ego, curiosity without hesitation, and a humble willingness to keep learning
You're energized by working hands-on with innovators who are shaping the next generation of products
Preferred
A degree in biology, chemistry, food science, or a related scientific discipline is strongly preferred, as it will help you understand our ingredients and articulate their value clearly and credibly
