Responsibilities
Basic troubleshooting with associated gaming equipment
Performs floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines including machine cleaning and overhauls
Maintains the integrity of the slot machine equipment and secures all company assets and property at all times
Install electronic units such as slot machines in accordance with floor plans. Checks functioning of newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions
Safeguards against theft and ensures the safety and integrity of all casino property
Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Mississippi Gaming Commission regulations
Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management. Notifies supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent and/or related casino knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
Must obtain and retain the required Mississippi Gaming Commission license
