Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of proposal coordinators to ensure consistent quality, workload balance, and professional growth
Oversee the full proposal lifecycle — from opportunity racking and go/no-go evaluation through strategy, writing, review, production, and delivery
Partner with technical staff, practice leaders, and business development teams to develop winning strategies and pursuit materials
Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements
Ensure alignment with firm brand standards and messaging
Manage workload scheduling to meet multiple concurrent deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Lead the preparation of federal and state forms, including SF254, SF255, and SF330
Maintain and enhance firmwide proposal tools, templates, and best practices for continuous improvement
Contribute to data management and reporting efforts within Microsoft Dynamics ensuring accurate marketing and pursuit records
Collaborate with leadership on key strategic pursuits and business development initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 7 - 12 years relevant experience
