Responsibilities

Conduct thorough operator training sessions to ensure efficient machine operation
Install and set up corrugated Masterfold and Expertfold lines, adhering to production timelines
Perform performance tests to validate machine efficiency and product quality
Execute mechanical repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Provide maintenance training for operators to foster skill development and equipment care
Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and output goals
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, repairs, and performance metrics

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience operating corrugated board/folding carton PCR equipment
Willingness to travel extensively for assignments and training
Availability for assignments on short notice, including weekends
Ability to accept and adapt to assignment changes quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High School diploma, or technical school in relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience operating CB/FC PCR equipment
Demonstrated experience in training and developing others in a technical setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred

Basic electrical knowledge is a plus, enhancing overall technical capabilities
