Responsibilities

Conduct In-Progress and post completion inspections of various high value/risk CapEx and Redevelopment projects

Audit project plans, schedules and budgets against field conditions

Provide photographic documentation and standardized inspection reports for leadership review

Validate workmanship, materials and adherence to Welltower design standards

Identify trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements and accountability measures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

Support Operator feedback loops to address staff/resident disruptions and concerns

Required

High School Diploma required

A minimum of 5 years' project management experience within the seniors housing or multi-family industries

Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred
