Account Executive

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, leveraging your oilfield services experience to match customer needs with suitable software solutions
Show initiative and proactivity in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
Conduct software demos to potential customers, showcasing the capabilities of the LINQX software suite
Maintain and expand our existing customer base by promoting new software features and benefits through upselling and cross-selling strategies
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of client use cases and industry trends to optimize sales opportunities
Collaborate with the software development team, providing real-world use cases and valuable feedback on existing and new software features
Deliver exceptional presentations tailored to each customer's needs
Demonstrate self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective relationship management
Demonstrated a high conversion rate through the sales pipeline
Educate, influence, and motivate potential buyers to drive sales growth

Qualification

Required

Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience
Experience in drilling or Frac Engineering
Demonstrated knowledge of well construction (Drilling and Cementing) as well as mud engineering processes and workflows to support software sales
Utilize CRM to track client information, meetings, and sales targets
Demonstrated a high conversion rate through the sales pipeline
Self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective relationship management
Ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions
Ability to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment as needed
Ability to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers

Preferred

Preferred experience of five (5) or more years in the oil and gas industry
Experience with LINQX or similar modeling and data acquisition software is advantageous
An engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering or related extensive experience is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
