They are seeking a passionate team player to join their Sustainability & Resilience team as an intern to assist with building analytics projects, including energy modeling and embodied carbon analysis.

Responsibilities
Research and analysis of utility energy cost data
Develop building geometry for assessment of daylight access and proposed energy use
Energy code research
Analysis and calculations to support backstop calculations and Passive House studies
Review of architectural or structural systems, with possible assistance on mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or plumbing systems as they relate to sustainability and resilience strategies
Review of existing project drawings and related documents
PowerPoint presentation preparation
Collaboration and coordination with other TT teams (i.e. Sustainability, Structures, Facades)
Assistance in project management
Opportunity to participate in TT summer events, outings, spot leagues
Qualification
Required
Students should be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD programs (i.e. AutoCAD)
Incoming or current graduate students (Masters) in an engineering (civil, mechanical, environmental) and/or architectural program, who have previously completed an undergraduate engineering or architectural degree program
Preferred
Familiarity with any of the following programs is a plus, but is not required: Bluebeam, InDesign, OneClick LCA
Familiarity with sustainability certifications (i.e. LEED, Passive House) is also a plus
