Portfolio Analytics & Performance Reporting Manager -Private Credit

Responsibilities
Drive the continuous development and tracking of key performance and portfolio metrics across Private Credit
Conduct a wide range of portfolio and strategy-level analyses for use in portfolio management, investor requests and internal analytics
Prepare Private Credit’s track record and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, external investors, and prospects
Partner with diligence and presentation teams on recurring and ad-hoc requests related to LP and consultant questions and due diligence processes
Ensure the ongoing accuracy, quality, and consistency of performance and portfolio analytics and related reporting
Maintain the integrity of internal processes, workflows, and databases used to track key performance and investment metrics across the PCG platform
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in performance measurement, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting
Private credit experience required—strong familiarity with credit terms, market structure and dynamics, and common LP / consultant data requests
Excellent communication skills; able to synthesize analyses clearly and articulate insights in a concise and compelling manner
Strong understanding of performance measurement calculations, methodologies, and differences
Familiarity with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and related representations
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
High attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and triage competing requests effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, accountable, and self-driven; capable of 'connecting the dots' and executing with minimal guidance
Experience developing or improving processes and workflows within complex organizations
Technical proficiency or willingness to learn quickly: SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, Fabric (DAX)
Four-year college degree with a strong academic background
Major in accounting, finance or related degree required
Preferred
Broader understanding of global financial markets preferred
Prior experience with track record or Statement of Investments (SOI) preparation a plus
