Responsibilities
Bill customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines and regulations
Identify issues, research and/or remedy as appropriate
Maintain and update billing files in accordance with established guidelines
Partner with Service Billing Supervisor to ensure hitting weekly goals
Assist with establishing new billing policies and procedures
Provide quality control for other team members
Communicate with clients and management on any questions or concerns
Qualification
Required
Accurate and proficient typing and 10-key skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
Previous experience in a fast-paced billing environment
Must possess an extremely strong work ethic
Preferred
Associate's degree in accounting or business is a plus
