Responsibilities
Drive the Portfolio Strategy: Own the end-to-end value journey for your region, ensuring your team effectively lands, expands, and renews accounts by translating bank strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases
Executive Sponsorship: Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio, solidifying Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform for C-Level executives in Risk, Operations, and Finance
Commercial Alignment: Partner with Sales Leadership to qualify engagements, steer resource allocation, and champion our value selling methodology to ensure we are attacking the biggest opportunities in the market
Evangelize the Platform: Demonstrate how AI-powered process intelligence and automation deliver measurable ROI, moving beyond proof-of-concepts to enterprise-wide adoption
Architect Success: Support your team in building strategic expansion roadmaps, ensuring they are architecting improvement measures that address critical banking challenges like Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Payments Processing, and Financial Crime compliance
Oversee Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs, managing scope, expectations, and timelines to guarantee maximum program velocity and value realization
Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the market and our Product/Engineering teams, providing feedback on how to enhance the Celonis platform based on the complex data architectures and security requirements of the FSI sector
Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives alongside your team members
Develop World-Class Talent: Lead by example and provide hands-on mentorship, continuous feedback, and career development planning to foster a culture of excellence and employee satisfaction
Resource Orchestration: Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on company targets, balancing individual development needs with business priorities
Cultivate Culture: Consistently demonstrate the Celonis Leadership Principles—lead with purpose, facilitate greatness, embrace difference, and cultivate balance—to build a resilient and motivated team
Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization, serving as a role model for cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Strategy Consulting, with a deep understanding of the strategic challenges facing the C-Suite (e.g., Digital Transformation, Cost Reduction, Regulatory Pressure)
A previous people manager or team lead with a proven ability to lead by example. You are comfortable being on the front lines with your team, coaching them through complex discoveries and negotiations
Demonstrated expertise within FSI domains such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance Claims, or Compliance. You understand the intersection of legacy systems, modern cloud architectures, and process efficiency
Strong ability to qualify engagements, manage resources efficiently, and drive commercial outcomes (ACV growth, Renewals) through value-based selling
Proven experience guiding IT and Business teams through a Process Intelligence or Analytics journey. You understand the landscape of CRM, RPA, and Automation tools used in modern banking
Ability to lead a portfolio of strategic programs, managing budget, scope, and resources across multiple project teams and partners
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling value roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required
