Responsibilities
Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight
Drive your business by making connections with clients in the showroom and through personal outreach
Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and ultimately bringing their design dreams to life using our cutting-edge technologies and design tools
Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in retail sales or interior design
A career changer with a passion for interior design and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals
A natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships
Someone who is highly motivated by commission sales
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
