Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Management Trainee for their Spring Internship program. The internship offers university/college students the opportunity to gain valuable business and leadership skills while working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Learn what it takes to run a successful business

Acquire highly marketable skills in management

Take on the same challenges as first and second year full-time professionals

Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles

Take care of customers

Develop marketing strategies

Build relationships with customers and coworkers

Complete intern projects

Engage in some friendly competition with peers

Qualification

Current college studentAuthorized to work in USNo drug/alcohol convictionWork 25 hours/week

Required

Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2026 (rising Senior)

Must be able to work 25 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum during the window of January to April)

Must currently have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years

No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be at least 18 years old
